Warwick Township occupies a 290 square-kilometre area of land in the eastern region of Sarnia-Lambton. The Township's population is 3,945, with the majority of residents living in the rural community of Watford.

Warwick Township accommodates a mix of commerce, industrial development and agriculture. Its manufacturing activity is concentrated in the community of Watford, where firms produce a variety of goods - everything from building products to automotive parts - for both local and more distant markets.
The township is ideally situated along Provincial Highway 402, one of Ontario's busiest trade traffic routes. The City of Sarnia and the International Bluewater Bridge both lie just 30 minutes to the west and the City of London is a short 50km drive to the east.
