Bluewater Health delivers healthcare from three sites in Sarnia-Lambton. Bluewater Health is committeed to the achievement of a health community with the best use of resources and is dedicated to providing excellence in healthcare - with respect, compassion and dignity for the whole person.

Charlotte Eleanor Englehart Hospital (CEEH) of Bluewater Health, serves the needs of rural Lambton through a mix of acute care (including emergency, inpatient and ambulatory care) and continuing care services.  CEEH also provides satellite-operating bases for a variety of services including Community Health Services and Canadian Mental Health Association. 

The Norman Site provides continuing care, palliative, rehabilitation, obstetrics, and surgery along with key support services such as human resources and facilities management.  The Norman Site also provides meeting space for local organizations and office space for various professionals. 

The Mitton Site provides acute care, including the only cardiac care and inpatient psychiatry units in Lambton County. Mitton Site also provides space for the local Community Care Access Centre (CCAC) staff and meeting space for local organizations such as Alcoholics Anonymous and Canadian Cancer Society.

Currently, Bluewater Health is undertaking a large-scale building and renovation project that will see services moved from the Mitton Street site to the Norman Street site. At a cost of $319 million, the new hospital will cover 588,400 sqare feet (337 beds) and will consolidate a number of programs and services that were previously separated over the two sites. It is anticipated that the new facility will achieve a ‘silver’ rating as a "LEED" (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design).

St. Joseph's Hospice of Sarnia-Lambton 

The St. Jospeh's Hospice Sarnia-Lambton provides compassionate care to enhance quality and dignity of life for those with a terminal illness. The new ten-bed residencebroadens the services of the established resource programming for the terminally ill and their families. The Hospice is free of charge and open to people of all cultures, beliefs and faiths facing a terminal illness.
